I am trying to identify a bug, and find out what I can use to eliminate it.

I have an infestation of this type of bug and do not know what it is, or where they are originating from. I have a a few pictures. They are very small and they jump. I want to know if there is an address where I can submit about 3 pictures where if you zoom in, you can see them clearly
