Metal Roof

Worked well. Roof was very gummy with both moss and tree pollens. One application and it looks like a new roof.
Smells just like bleach

Smells just like bleach. Will it bleach the pants I am wearing? Do it kill the algae or just bleach it out so you can't see it until it regrows?

30 Seconds Cleaner contains 5% Sodium Hypochlorite which is bleach so it can stain areas, including clothing. It would be recommended to test small areas if this is a concern and apply only to areas as directed on the product label. It will kill the algae that is contacted but will not prevent any new algae from developing as that would be more correcting the issues allowing it to thrive.
Waste of money

I'm so disappointed. I used this product as instructed and it made absolutely no difference on my house, porch and steps.
