Bonide can be reached at 315-736-8231 To give an idea, the Cconcentrate form, Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil will make 4-12 gallons of mixed solution when mixed at a 2-7% solution (2.5 to 8 fl oz per gallon) depending on the target insect you are treating for. 

2 1/2 - 8 oz per gallon of water for a 2 - 7% Oil Solution  vary depending on   Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil will make approx. 4 - 12 gallons when mixed at a 2 - 7% Oil Solution.
