I accidentally mixed double the rate of Specticle FLO on my zoysia lawn. The grass turned brown. What can I do?

Answer:

The only thing that can usually be done when an herbicide like Specticle FLO is over applied is to apply an activated charcoal (liquid carbon) immediately after doing so to try to help neutralize the herbicide, although, this usually has to be done very quickly to have any effect. If it is too late for this, you may need to just give your lawn some time to possibly recover if it is able to. You may reach out to the manufacturer (Bayer) for more information at 800-331-2867.
