After applying Altriset Termiticide for Subterranean Termites, is it necessary to water in the application?

Answer:

You should allow applications of Altriset Termiticide atleast 24 hrs to dry before any rainfall or irrigation occurs for the active ingredient to have time to bond to the soil.
For Subterranean Termites, the trench method is the best option to have a complete barrier protection around the foundation against Subterranean Termites. Trench treatments are done by digging a 6 in x 6 in trench directly against the foundation. Pour 4 gallons of mixed solution (0.34 fl oz per gallon of water) evenly distributing every 10 linear feet. Please refer to Section 2.1.1 on page 3 of the product label for more detailed information.
