After applying Bora-Care, can I sand and clearcoat without health issues to me? How long should I wait prior to sanding, woodworking and sealing with bar top coating?

I have the opportunity to receive a piece of cedar 3"thick and make a table. How ever it appears to have several small / deep holes around the edges of the table. I saw a couple gray Beatles on the ground by it.

Answer:

Wood should be sanded and treated with Bora-Care prior to staining, painting, sealing etc. Please wear protective gear included in our Professional Safety Kit when applying the product. You should wait a few days after application has dried. This will allow the product to soak through the entire piece of wood. Do not wait longer than six weeks to re-sand/stain/seal.
