After applying Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine, my dogs skin turned black and start peeling, is this normal? How will I know if the application is working?

We would recommend consulting with your Vet and also the manufacturer directly on any concerning reactions your dog is having after an application of Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine.  Happy Jack can be reached at 1-252-747-2911   The product label does advise that “ Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur wash your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.”
