David from Kitchener, Ontario writes

After drying, the application of Tempo SC Ultra has left a white powdery residue behind. I have small kids and concerns of the residual left behind.

If this gets on my kids fingers and they put their fingers in their mouths, is it dangerous? When I vacuum/mop to remove the residue left behind, is this going to diminish the results or potency of the product?

Answer:

Tempo SC is a mostly clear-drying product; however if it is over mixed, over applied/saturated in one area, and allowed to pool up it can leave a milky white residue behind. Mopping or cleaning the residue off surfaces will remove the product. If there are areas of residue or overspray, we would recommend cleaning/mopping the areas. One dry, reapplying along the cracks and crevices along baseboards, around windows, doors, under cabinets, etc. This is not to be applied as a surface or broadcast spray.
