After using Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine on my dog, is there any risks if they lick the area treated and fur?

I put the medicine on her because she's been itching a lot and she doesn't have fleas but she's keeps trying to lick it off, should I invest in a dog cone?

Happy Jack Sarcoptic Mange Medicine is pet safe if used as directed on the product label, and does not require the use of a cone after treating your dog.
