You can use a residual product like Talstar P in your attic in all of the cracks and crevices for insect control. If you have a lot of exposed electrical elements you may want to consider using a dust insecticide instead. Delta Dust in these areas would work wonders as it will last a lot longer than liquid insecticides and they can be used around the electrical elements without worry of shock or shorting out the device.
