You would want to wait at least 24 hours after an application of the Amine 400 2,4-D herbicide before rain or irrigation occurs or resumes.
As long as you are not spraying Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer onto the foliage or any exposed roots of desirable trees there should be no issue spraying under the canopy of trees.
Per the manufacturers label you can apply Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer to Kentucky Bluegrass, perennial Ryegrass and Fescues. Warm season turf like Zoysia, Bermuda and St. Augustine grass may be injured severally.
One quart of Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer will cover up to 43,560 sq. ft. (1 acre.).

You should refer to the charts on the product label that provide use rates for various application types, and for complete instructions. If no water amount is specified for your particular treatment, you should make sure to use enough water to distribute the product in a uniform manner.
Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer is not labeled to be used in bahiagrass.
The Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer Product Label states there are zero grazing restrictions on pastures the product has been applied to for any type of animal that may forage from that pasture. We usually suggest keeping them out of the pasture while spraying and for about 4-6 hours until dry if you have any concerns or up to 24 hours.
Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer is not labeled to be used in/or around edibles therefore, you will need to wait atleast 1 year before planting vegetable seeeds in any areas where the product was applied.

Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer should only be applied for as spot treatment for listed weeds on zoysiagrass, bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, dichondra, and clovers as these can be severly injured by the product.
