I applied Tenacity on my turf grass during the first week of March. At least 90% of the lawn is light yellow

In color 3 weeks later. How long would it be before turf returns to green? I live in NJ.

Answer:

Yellowing or whitening of the turf after a broadcast application of Tenacity Herbicide is caused by the loss of chlorophyll. The product label states, "Tenacity may cause temporary whitening of turfgrass foliage. In general, symptoms appear five to seven days after application and last for several weeks. A repeat application to the same site causes less whitening of the plant tissue."
