Applying Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade) at 47 degrees

I live in Oklahoma City where the wind is almost always above 10MPH. Today is one of those rare days that the wind speed is very light. The soil temperature is around 45-50 degrees, according to the forecasts. I see everyone recommends applying Prodiamine when temps are at least 55 degrees, but I never see if it is okay to apply when under that temp. Please clarify.

Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade) should be applied before soil temperatures are below 55 degrees which is different from air temperatures. Here is a video on how to determine your soil temperatures. You may also reach out to your local extension office for timing in your area
