Applying Prodiamine 65 WDG & Image after putting down The Anderson .48 Barricade

Putting down The Anderson's 0.48 Barricade Herbicide at low bag rate in Feb. Can I come back in 4-5 weeks and apply Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade) and Image with pump sprayer?

Answer:

Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade) can be applied as long as soil temperatures are below 55 degrees. The Anderson's 0.48 Barricade Herbicide is also a prodiamine based product so you must make sure you do not go over the max rate of either product as that it the max for the active as a whole, whether you switch to a different brand or not. If you need assistance on when to stop applying a pre-emergent in your area, your local extension office can assist you with timing

Image is a post emergent that would be applied to actively growing weeds, best done with they have just emerged and are young and can be used around the same time as pre-emergents if needed.
