    Will the live bedbugs or roaches escape from the canister when it is not sucking?
    A
    No. The Atrix Express Plus Bug Vacuum is made so that once the bugs are sucked in they cannot get out until you empty the reservoir.

    Does this vacuum kill the bugs as they enter it?
    A
    Some bugs may die do the force of the suction, but the vacuum is not designed to kill bugs as they enter.  However, all bugs are sucked into the canister that is removed and discarded which does not allow bugs to crawl out of it while in the vacuum.

    Does the Atrix Express Plus Vacuum use bags?

    The Atrix Express Vacuum uses a Hepa Filter that is disposed after it is full. The Hepa Filter holds a quart of dust, etc. It does not require any bags.

    How can I make sure the Atrix Express Plus Bug Vacuum filter will hold the live bed bugs inside until disposal and won't come out?
    A

    The Atrix Express Plus Bug Vacuum is made so that once the bugs are sucked in they cannot get out until you empty the reservoir. The HEPA filter itself has a tab/cover to cover the hole once you remove it from the vacuum to prevent them from escaping.

    The Atrix Express Vacuum uses a Hepa Filter that is disposed after it is full. You can use until it is full but you cannot empty and reuse.

    Can the Atrix Express Plus Bug Vacuum be used to control squash bugs in a garden?

    Vacuums such as the Atrix Express Plus Bug Vacuum are designed for use indoors. This is a powerful machine that would damage plants if you tried to use it near them.
     
    You could use an insecticide spray such as Ferti-lome Triple Action to treat an outdoor garden for squash bugs and many other common insects.
