While a hose end sprayer is not recommended for applications where you need to be specific in how much chemical is being spread over a certain amount of area to work correctly, it can be done if that is the only option. The requirement for your hose end sprayer is that it has a dial that you can select the mix rate for, and that the settings on that dial go low or high enough for the use rate given on the product label, next to the disease name you are trying to control. As long as those parameters apply, you can use the Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide in that unit.
Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide is safe for any kind of residential turf if used as directed but is not labeled for use on edibles.
When mixing Azoxy 2SC Select Fungicide with Propiconazole 14.3 Fungicide, the most important factor is to refer to the manufacturer's product labels for mixing restrictions and for accurate mix rates, while also making a small jar test before mixing a full tank, after referring to the product labels. However, you could also consider using Headway Fungicide, which already contains a formulated mixture of both of those active ingredients Azoxystrobin and Propiconazole.
