Be sure the crevices treated with Bac-A-Zap Odor Eliminator are completely dry prior to returning items in the cabinets.
Bac-A-Zap Odor Eliminator is labeled for absorbing odors including urine, it does have a mild odor. The product is also available in a concentrate bottle which can be diluted for larger spaces. We would recommend cleaning the tile and grout first and then apply. It might take a few applications. The other issue is if the urine soaked through past the grout and got to areas under it, it could still come back, which would only be confirmed if the grout/tile is removed.
When treating common areas in the home with Bac-A-Zap Odor Eliminator where pets are living you need to give the product a few hours to dry before allowing the animals back into the area. This can very depending on how much you spray or fog and how saturated the walls, flooring or furnature get. We recommend that you give it at least a few hours to fully dry. Please refer the the manufactuers label for complete instructions.

WALLS, FLOORS & CARPETS: Begin by thoroughly cleaning areas with appropriate materials and methods. Spray BAC-AZAP on all surfaces where odors might originate including wall surfaces, floors and carpets. Apply at the rate of one (1) quart per one hundred (100) square feet of surface area (approximately three (3) fluid ounces per square yd.). NOTE: Although BAC-AZAP is designed to be non-staining, always test surface for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before treating entire surface.

Bac-A-Zap Odor Eliminator can absolutely be applied in your crawlspace to control skunk odor. According to the product label, "Spray onto surfaces or dirt in crawl spaces that may produce or retain odors from mold, mildew, sewage, wildlife and pets. Apply at the rate of 1 quart per 100 square feet. Bac-Azap may also be fogged into confined areas, such as crawl spaces or attics using a fogging device. Dilute product 2+1 (water + Bac-Azap) and apply as a fog at a rate of 1 quart up to 1 gallon per 1000 cubic feet of confined space.
NOTE: Do not fog Bac-Azap into areas where people or pets are present. Wait until fog has dissipated before reentry.
