It's the only thing that works very well for my pet problems. I got it particularly, for the Rat STINK up the hole, in the bathroom wall. The odor is still there, for I can't reach up very far to clean it. (I need a l-o- n-g handled, narrow brush, like a bottle brush, but longer, and flexable to bend) Do you have something like that? I'm desparate, and need something to clean with, so I don't have to remove the wall. However, it doesn't reek as much now, as it did before. I'm using a swifter duster with the extended handle. The problem is, It has to bend at an angle (which it does) to fit, as the hole is UNDER the bathroom cabinet. I think the whole thing needs to ripped out!! I spray up there about every other day, and the duster reaches only about 12 inches.

Wow what a amazing product has a dead rodetnt in the attic I sprayed bac a zap and the horrble st ench was completely gone after about 3 days I love this product

Great product for drain flies,the fastest knockdown and elimination of organic matter in drains. works well for odours and doesn't stain most surfaces.

GREAT STUFF use it for cars and apartments this review needs to be more that 50 characters that I do not like will never do ANOTHER ONE MAKE TO TOO TIME CONSUMING

We built the perfect little outbuilding--but the rats got in and ruined it. Closed the entry, cleaned it out, but couldn't get rid of the smell, even after scrubbing it out with bleach water. Broke my heart. Finally tried Bac-A-Zap. Didn't expect much. Ordered a bottle, then regretted not ordering two--no way a quart would be enough. But the stuff worked great! Immediate results, and I've got half the bottle left. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Bought this to help with dead rat in wall odor. We ended up cutting a hole in the wall big enough to get the rat out. Now we use to spray our anxious dog's crate when he wets it. Odor gone completely, immediately. Bac A Zap fragrance is quite pleasant - dog's crate is in our bedroom and we are smell sensitive!

Figured I would try this product as I have lots of animals and hate my house smelling like them! The scent is not overpowering and seems to kill the odor immediately, plus you don't have to use a lot.. It does seem to require a couple treatments for "old" odor but is still quite effective. I plan on buying this again!

We purchased a house and when we tried to move in we realized it was rat infested. For 2.5 months we've been working to get the place smelling better and have even had the attic professionally cleaned and sanitized but the ONLY thing that has worked to make the house stop smelling has been Bac-A-Zap. I will be talking about this product for the rest of my life!

I've used this product once before with great results. I had a rat issue in portion of attic. After removal of insulation, I sprayed the area with Bac A Zap and problem solved. Strong rat urine smell leaking into the garage.....GONE FOR GOOD. Impressed and will use product again...should the need arise.

Our large freezer de-thawed and left us with a rotting mess, more than 2 weeks old. The smell would not come out. Bak-A-Zap did a fantastic job of removing the smell. Clean thoroughly with soap, then vinegar, then Bak-A-Zap. Left open for a day, then closed with Baking soda for a day. Repeat with vinegar and Baking Soda closed up for a day. Worked fantastic. Note: Bak-A-Zap does have a strong deodorizer odor, but is not noticeable after the freezer was restarted.

This is the second time I have used Bac-A-Zap to eliminate odors in the house and I love it! Works really well and rids the house of any odors there may be. I also love ordering from Do My Own Pest Control. They are a great company, great people to work with and they do what they say and ship as quicklyas possible!!

Last winter, running out of storage in my freezer I put a frozen turkey on the floor of a car I was not using, and then forgot about it until this summer when the odor was so strong I could smell it outside the car with the windows and doors closed. Putrid turkey juice seeped into the carpet, and dead animal odor permeated the rest of the car. Repeated washings would not remove the odor until I used Bac-A-Zap. After the second wash the odor was eliminated from the carpet. A residual odor remains in the car which I hope will dissipate with time and or a misting of Bac-A-Zap. Delivery of the product was extremely fast. I will use Domyownpestcontrol.com in the future for pest control.

I have not taken the products out of there respective boxes, but I've orderd from DMOPC before and I've never been unhappy. With how the EPA is now a man can practically buy what a guy sprays that cost $150.00

I used this product to clean up after a mouse problem. I had a strong odor of rodent urine and after removing all insulation, vacuuming, and treating with multiple big box products, still had a foul stench.. I applied BAC A ZAP two different ways, once with a fogger, and then I hit with a garden sprayer to leave a larger amount on the stained areas at the bottom. NO MORE STENCH ! This stuff did the job when other products failed.

I live on a lake in Florida and my outdoor porches & window sills are frequented by a variety of reptiles & amphibians. Insects are attracted to the the lights of the house at night, which draws the frogs & lizards for the nightly feeding frenzies. Just a part of lake life and a wonder to witness. However, with the critters comes their "leavings" and I would have to clean everything daily to maintain clean window sills and porch surfaces. I have tried a variety of products to clean the stains but no other product has removed the majority of them. Including with the use of a pressure washer! Until last week! I have bait stations down outdoors to assist in the resolution of an area wide rat problem. My dog cornered a sick one in my porch. So I broke out my 'OL bottle of Bac-a-Zap to remove traces of the rat. I sprayed it on all surfaces after hosing them down real good with a garden hose, including the adjacent window sills, let it sit about 10 mins., scrubbed with a firm brush (as I did with other products) and then hosed everything down again. To my surprise, most of the previously mentioned staining was gone! Even from my painted surfaces! And of course, the entire area smelled lovely! But wait! Something else I noticed: this treatment has also kept the wiggly critters from coming around. I guess they don't like the nice aroma but I haven't had the mess all week so far! I just ordered a couple of gallons and when it arrives ... I'm going to attack my other sills & porches! I can't wait! FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Had a dead squirrel in my attic that created a terrible smell in my bedroom. Removed the squirrel and sprayed the area with Bac-A-Zap. Odor was eliminated within a day two. I would recommend this product.

I had a throw rug that had been soaked in cat urine for several days. This product, after a thorough soaking spray, removed the odor. I didn't think that was possible. I will definitely keep this on hand while I have pets.

This really works! I own a bar and this gets rid of any and all fruit flies and leaves a nice odor. So much better than old school bleach.

I had a dead possum under my deck. The odor penetrated my entire house for weeks. I had to pull up deck boards to find the bloated dead possum. I got rid of the creature and sprayed about a quart of Bac-A-Zap under most of the deck. It took about 2 days for the odor to dissipate.
