If i put down Barricade along with a kill all then removed the dead grass/ weeds then two weeks later add topper and new seed will the seed grow?
You should not apply Barricade 4FL Pre-Emergent Herbicide (Prodiamine), or any pre-emergent, if you are planning to seed within the same season. Also applying a top layer of soil over a pre-emergent application would be above the barrier it creates so will not offer full protection. You should apply any top layer of soil before applying a pre-emergent for the best barrier to prevent weeds..
