Our old pest control guy was using this product once a year for scorpions. Well, according to the directions on the bag he was not putting enough product down. He was only using 25 pounds for 1 1/3 acre, which is clearly not enough. We purchased 5 bags, broadcasted it out on our entire lot. Make sure you put it down prior to rain so you don't waste any water activating it. Once we put it down, it rained just enough to get it into the ground. We haven't had any spiders, scorpions along with those pesky Spring Tail bugs. Read all of your labels and do it yourself. Very easy to do and it will save you money in the long run. Much cheaper than paying a pest control company, and you will know it was done correctly with the proper amounts.

We took an old shed down, that underneath had every stray neighborhood cat live under it at times and holy cow it was flea central. Within a 3 week span tortured my big dogs and they slept in our basement and the fleas multiplied in there. Now the dogs had Advantage II on. The basement was so bad I could see them jump on me. Took the granules down there and spread them out. Now the basement is dampish around the edges so that worked perfect. Them I sprayed Viper adult flea spray on top of the granules to activate. We removed all the dog beds left the granules and within 1 week, not a flea, at all. This product is perfect. You must dampen the product some as we did with the flea spray for the double whammy. I also bought my Viper spray from this site and their prices are so good compared to other retail sites. Problem solved and we are in Tennessee.

Same active ingredient (bifenthrin) as Ortho's Bug B Gon but this product is nearly twice as strong. I've used both and the strength of Bifen L/P gets the job done. The yard is clear of all insects now. No need to get flea and tick medication for the dogs. Use this in the yard and Cy-Kick CS around the house and you will safely not have any issues with any insects or bugs.

Granules are small and spread evenly. Easy to maneuver and cover the whole yard. Did see some dead lizards. Need more time for the brown spots to fade away. Too soon to tell about the grubs.

I have been using this product in July for the last several years to eliminate sod webworms and it has never failed to prevent them. The added benefit of all the other pests it eliminates is icing on the cake.

We are plagued by Velvety Tree Ants. On August 8 a 700 yard 2-inch wide stream of them came within 10 feet of the house. I killed them with Raid and then applied Bifrin around the base of the oak. The next day there were numerous dead bodies and very many ants staggering around in mad circles. On Day 3 there were no ants.

For years I have been dealing with a large ant population in our yard. Occasionally they would make their way inside and it would take weeks to ward them off. I tried many different products, baits, etc. All from the recommended top brands. Those products were effective to an extent, but it was always temporary. The ants would be back in a matter of weeks and the frustration would start all over again. Finally, I found Bifen LP. I applied the product to the lawn with a Scott's spreader and then additionally as a perimeter treatment around the foundation. I noticed immediate results. In fact, I have not seen a single ant inside or outside my property since applying the granules over a month ago. The paved areas around the home used to be crawling with ants constantly. Not any more. I am very pleased with the results of Bifen LP and plan to use this product exclusively for home insect control in the future. This stuff gets the job done.

Just applied these about a week ago for springtails and also mites. Seems to be working well and have only seen a few residual bugs each evening.

Received what I ordered quickly. This product treats the area all around my house. Very easy to put down with a handheld spreader. It is fine granules so I use the smallest opening on the spreader and it works fine. Put it down just before a light rain to activate. Results are great. Bugs lying on their back in the mulch afterward. Takes care of business. Lasts about 3 months.

Chinch bugs and sod webworms had invaded a weaker area of my lawn. Applied this to the area and took care of them quickly. Area has greened right back up.

This stuff definitely does what it's supposed to. We live out a ways in a wooded area and have issues with spiders, like the wolf spiders will cover the walls outside the house. It was nothing to see 50+ spiders when I would come outside but I dropped this all around the house and the only spiders I see are curled up around the base of the house!

I purchased this mainly to control fleas in my front and back yards. Within just a few days my dog had less fleas and a lot less itchy. Before the application, it was like the fleas didn't even care that I'd applied Frontline to my dog.

I had a millipede infestation in my basement. Had pest control come out twice and it did nothing. Bought this stuff and spread it on my lawn and mulch before a rain. Problem solved.

My yard had an infestation of Cicada Killers. Within 2 days of spreading Bifen L/P they had disappeared.

I noticed swarms of white flies above my yard. I tried the bug granules from the big box hardware stores, without success. Checked online and found out Bifen would kill them. Within an hour of applying the Bifen granules the white flies were gone. I ordered another bag to have on hand.

Fireants nests are constantly trying to invade Our yard. When a nest is located I sprinkle a half cup of Bifen on the nest. Then it's fireants B gone! It's works great.

I was having a problem with chinch bugs as well as general insect activity in my front lawn, so I purchased this product as one part of a multi-pronged approach. This product was easy to apply and its effectiveness was immediate. The morning after I applied the product, I walked outside and saw at least twenty dead roaches on my front patio. The brown spots from the chinch bugs have already started to recover.

Live in SW LA and fire ants are a problem. This works better than anything else I have tried. This company has a good a price out there and ships for free. Quick service and a good product.

It really works against bugs and ant piles, have not seen any in a long time. This beats paying Pest Control people and their re-sprays. DMO has good prices too!

This product is the only one I have found to control ants in my yard. I have used it for the past 3 years and it controls red and black ants at about one application per month or as the ant hills appear.

I'm a Master Gardener, so I "get" ants... they're part of nature and the system, but not when they tear up the turf in my lawn with hundreds of their 'volcanoes'... creating bare spots and killing the grass. No granules, powder, spray, concentrate, etc available in the box stores had any long lasting effect. I took a chance on these granules and am glad they did. Applied as directed (also wearing boots and Nitrile gloves) Bifen knocked out the ants everywhere I applied it. I'm buying more so I can do complete coverage of my lawn. The spreader settings (letters) are hard to convert to numbers, but I figured out that one needs to use the smallest opening the spreader has. (my Scott's Standard has a 2 for the smallest opening and that worked).

Love the ease of using this product in a broadcast spreader. It has worked successfully for me in the past but not this time around. Obviously, I need to rotate the insecticides. It was operator error, not product error. Using liquid BT on 7,500 sq. ft. of St. Augustine is difficult for my 66 yr. young body. I am still researching for a granule alternative.
