Bifen IT should NOT be applied to tomatoes or anything else that is edible. We do carry Triple Action Plus Plus with 70% Neem Oil . It is an insecticide, miticide, and even an fungicide that can be used up to the day of harvest and reapplied every 14 days. It is safe to apply and is labeled for tomato horn worms. Please refer to the product label for complete mixing and application instructions prior to application.
You can also use the backpack mist blower to apply Bifen for fleas. You still want to stick to the perimeters of your yard and around your home. Mix at 1 oz per gallon of water. Bifen IT cannot be applied to edible vegetation. We would recommend using a product like Fertilome Tree and Shrub Systemic Drench. This product is labeled for boring weevils in Pecan trees.

The label does not authorize to apply Bifen IT to any type of carpeting. You will want to focus treat the cracks and crevices of the room along baseboards, corners, door and window frames with a hand pump sprayer for a residual control. We advise to vacuuming consistently and sanitizing the treated area will help eliminate the fleas quicker. We also suggest using an IGR (insect growth regulator) such as Archer IGR to prevent the future infestation from developing for a better control.
Bifen IT should NOT be applied to livestock. We do carry other products that can be applied for insect control safely on livestock including Hi-Yield Lawn, Garden, Pet and Livestock Insect Control.
The decision to add pasture applications where livestock will be present (or not) to the Bifen IT product label was made by the manufacturer of the product. We are the retail distributor and have no part in the testing.

Bifen IT cannot be applied to hay intended to be consumed by animals. We would recommend to use Evergreen Pyrethrum. Be sure to wait a week or two after application to harvest.

Bifen IT has a shelf life of 3-5 years if kept in a cool dry area. If you notice separation, that is normal and you can shake it up and it still be effective.
Yes, Bifen IT is labeled for bed bugs & leaves a residual that will continue killing. However, it is not the top product that we recommend, we generally recommend using Temprid FX Insecticide. While they both have residuals, they take the Temprid back with them once they are in contact with it. You may also consider using one of our bed bug kits.
