Yes, Bifen IT can be used in a hose end sprayer. You will use 1 fl. oz. of solution and 5.5 ml of Nyguard IGR per gallon of water. You will put the concentrate directly into the cannister, and the tube will automatically use how much you have on the dial. It will disperse with each gallon that comes through the hose. Per the product label, the soil around a well can be treated with Bifen IT. You can treat up to three feet away from the well.
With Bifen IT, the label states that when you are treating for yellow jackets, spray the nest opening in the ground, bushes, and in cracks and crevices where the insects may nest. Saturate the openings and contact as many insects as possible. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Bifen IT is labeled for millipedes and will kill them when used according to the Bifen IT product label. We recommend using 1 fl oz of Bifen IT per gallon of water for the fastest knockdown and the longest lasting residual. Millipedes are usually going to frequent areas where there are high levels of moisture. There are some non-chemical things you can do to help make your property less favorable to millipedes:

Bifen IT can be used to help control cluster flies indoors and outdoors. If the cluster flies have already made their way indoors, they will be harder to control because they usually hide in a wall void or other inaccessible area and are only visible when the house warms up. If the cluster flies are in an attic or drop ceiling or other dark area, a fly light would do a great job controlling the population. Using small fly lights such as the Fly Web in the house would also help to catch the flies. Spray Bifen IT directly on baseboards, window frames, door frames, and places where utilities (pipes, wires, cables) enter in to the building and any other crack, crevice or gap where insects can enter.
