Yes, Bifen IT is labeled for bed bugs. You will use 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water.
We would also recommend using an IGR (insect growth regulator), such as Gentrol. You will use this every two weeks until you do not see any activity for 30 days. This will stop the bed bugs from reproducing. You will use 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
We would recommend applying a product like Bifen IT in our Chapin Slide Pump Sprayer. This sprayer will reach well over 30ft. We do not carry any products that can be applied in a pressure washer for this type of insect control. You will mix the product at 1 oz per gallon of water per 1,000 sq ft monthly on the exterior. Please let us know if you need anything else.
Nyguard IGR would be the best to use with Bifen IT. It will last up to 14 days outside and be applied once a month.
Bifen IT is a good choice for bagworm control. The product label recommends mixing at the rate of 1 oz per 1000 sq ft in approximately 1 gallon of water. Bifen XTS is an oil-based insecticide that is only for outdoor use, while Bifen IT is water-based and has a broader label. However, it is important to start control methods before infestation occurs. Once the bagworms have matured and have formed the "bag" most chemical control methods will no longer work.
Once the bags have formed, you can manually control bagworms by simply plucking them off of the infested trees and dropping them into a bucket of soapy water or squishing them.
