Bifen IT has two pour spouts because one is for measuring. You squeeze the bottom of the bottle and the product will go up the straw on the side and into the measuring cup to be mixed.
Other than eliminating the food source of the toads and lizards, Bifen IT when mixed correctly is only strong enough to kill small insects and will have no effect on lizards or anything of that size or larger.
Generally, after an application of Bifen IT it should take anywhere between 30 min - 1 hour to dry. After the treated area has completely dried it is safe for the pets to re-enter.
