We had a bit of a Clover Mite infestation along the back wall of our yard. I had tried one of the insecticide concentrates you can buy at Lowe's, and they did nothing. Bifen killed them all and doesn't cost nearly as much as Tempo or some of the other products known for killing Clover Mites. Since it is a general insecticide, I found all kind of dead bugs back there so it must work well on everything.

Great product for eliminating stink bugs. The premeasured release compartment is really handy; great design. Definitely worth the price. Speaking of price, this quart size was the same price, per ounce, as a local Walmart. But, this product has a much greater potency of Bifenthrin. Nothing kills stink bugs instantly. But, the next day you will see them dead on their backs. And, for the next few days they will continue to die. Thanks for a great product. A must have!!!

This product works really good, and is an incredible value. It's too bad that so many people waste their money on the junk sold at local outlets. I have purchased a number of products from this company. DoMyOwnPestcontrol.com gets 5 out of 5 stars. Their ordering system is simple, and delivery is always prompt. I really like that they use a much sturdier shipping carton. It always arrives in perfect shape (unlike many companies).

The chince bugs took over my yard and we were freaking out because of it. We tried this product and the yard is coming back to life. The bugs must have taken down my address and sent a memo to all their chnich bug buddies to let them know not to come here anymore. P.S. I'm no expert so with the help of Do My Own Pest Control I feel so much better now than before I tried this product.

After evaluating the cost of a professional pest control company versus doing it myself, $50/year vs $200+/year, decided to give it a shot. I just this around my house and throughout the yard. Took two applications to get rid of the earwigs. However, we haven't seen any for a couple of weeks now. Great price, shipping was early, product did what it was supposed to do. Couldn't have gone much better.

Bifen IT is an excellent wide range insecticide for a multitude of pests ranging from fire ants to armyworms. The product is easy to use and the measuring feature on the jug is very useful. Always use this product so that beneficial insects such as honeybees and others are always protected from any possible contact.

This stuff works insanely good. I have a log home and I have wood bees constantly. I sprayed the deck, porch rafters and front/back of the gutters. Within a 2 days I now see no wood bees. Also I sprayed the new mulch and have not saw any bugs!

I had a heavy infestation of Bag worms in my cedar tree windbreak. I was a little skeptical about using Bifen IT because it wasn't real clear to me how much chemical to mix per gallon of water for my application. I settled on 24 oz of Bifen per 24 gal of water and I did a thorough job of spraying my trees in mid June. I am still not sure if I did this correctly but it seams to have done an excellent job of controlling them! I have not seen any bag worm activity since spraying.

This is some of the best product i have used to control insects around my home and lawn. Its cheaper than Talstar and basically same product. I can spray this out and get atleast 2 months control from common household bugs such as ants, fleas, ticks, and cockroaches. Recommended!

As usual...DoMyOwn shipped this container of Bifen IT promptly (Along with a couple of other needed products) at a very fair price and shipping included as well. I'm beginning to really like bifenthrin the more I use it. I pay attention to ongoing results and since the usual rate is 1 oz per gallon or 2.5 oz for 4,000 square feet of lawn per label rates for fleas, the results I am seeing are very positive I was brought into the industry towards the end of the reign of organophophates and the resulting science allowing the use of far far less insecticide doses/exposure using synthetics such as bifenthrin... lessening the danger of insecticide chronic or acute buildup in our bodies. Products like bifenthrin honestly perform much better than organophosphates and are economical as a rule to boot! As always....you need to *READ THE LABEL* and follow the directions on the label...it is the law and you will also not over apply bifenthrin or any insecticide. All of your questions will be answered if you read the entire label. All insecticide labels can be a little confusing but the answers are there. Always bear in mind about synthetics...More is not better!! Let the chemical do it's job. Bifen IT is a very good product and when applied correctly, bifenthrin will get pest insects under control very quickly.

I live in southeastern Texas. If it crawls, flys, or slithers we've got it here. I have been using Bifen IT for years to treat my property...This stuff really works. We can be outdoors any time of year without being easten alive.For a long time I used a hose end sprayer for application, works great but you need to have a long hose and the energy to drag it around. I now have an inexpensive system that will feed the product through my sprinkler system,or a hose, much better and with very little effort. Bug problems? Buy this product!

2oz per gallon in pump sprayer of 2 gallons does my fenced 1/3 acre yard/trees. depending on rainfall, lets say 2x a week i have to reapply every 3 weeks for Mosquitos and gnats. Lasting effects for everything else is much longer. Spraying is nothing fancy, just wand it over the dew in the morning helps the spread, and under tree leaves(mosquito hiding spot). In Florida house Bifen was not effective enough but in Georgia it does great. Only Proflex works great in sub-tropical hands down but it's a small fortune.

About a decade or so ago, I tried Bifen IT from DO MY OWN. I live in South Florida and have found it very effective in killing fire ants especially. Read the label and see that it is effective on a wide variety of insects, though I found except not so much for spiders - it seems to work better on the smaller ones. I keep buying it from DO MY OWN for the constantly good price, free shipping and good service. I buy the Gallon size as it has kept very well for me -I keep it in an airconditioned space. Happy to give 5 stars.

I purchased this to rid our yards of fleas and ticks. We live in a wooded area and have racoons, possums, and other critters spreading them around and our 3 dogs tend to pick them up. While perimeter spraying I decided to put a light spray on some fire ant mounds to see what it would do to them. I intentionally did not saturate them. The next morning all of the ants were dead. This was much better than the granules I had been using that often took several applications. I'll be back for more for sure!

This year has been the worst year for my plants/flowers. They were getting eaten by things I couldn't even see, spider mites. I searched for products and tried many to no avail. Then I found Bifen IT and it works!!!! I was worried it would kill my flowers but instead, the flowers looked more beautiful while it took care of those spider mites. I am so glad to have found this product. It even killed some Japense Beatles that showed up for dinner on my plants. Thanks so much!!!! I'm so happy with this product and will buy more!

I had a severe problem with Elder Box bugs and japenese bettles to the point where my yard was infested. They were everywhere, on the gound, on the brick and all over my plants I treated my backyard, sidewalk and front yard once and they all died! I was very very happy. I have referred friend and family to this site as well for this product. Also, you don't use very much of this product and still gets the job done! Plus, it safe for pet & children after it's dry.

I first learned about Bifen It on YouTube! A farmer in Texas us this on Fire Ant mounds and it killed the mound quickly. Take your pump sprayer and pour Bifen IT into it There is a pre measure that tell how much need for 1 or gallons of spray. I use the two gallon measurement. When I find a mound I aim for the center of the mound and with a full stream of spray I spray for about 10 seconds. I recheck in about a half hour and the mound is dead. This is great stuff and I've been using it going on three years, now I have my neighbors using!

I don't know much about bugs other than I was over run with many types. Ants, several different centipede things. This of course brought MANY spiders. They were starting to enter our home. After paying for two companies to treat the foundation around my home, the problem remained. I heavily sprayed this Bifen IT (1oz/gallon), and the problem disappeared within two days. No problems so far after a month. WOW, Impressive. Now, if I could only get my money back from the exterminators I hired!!!!

This stuff works great on just about anything. And it's such a better deal to pay for the gallon instead of buying the quarts at $30 each. My backyard was a mosquito no go zone effectively but with a nice treatment of the BIFEN they've all but disappeared. Also works great in combination with Imidacloprid soil drench to do away with pesky white fly and scale on ornamentals and trees.

I've been using Bifen for years to control lawn insects and to keep spiders and bugs out of the house. Every Summer spittlebugs want to munch on the turf grass so I would apply Bifen and problem solved. Spraying the backyard shrubs and perimeter would keep mosquitoes away and spraying the perimeter of the house helped control spiders and various bugs out of the house.

This is my go to insecticide I use for my pest management business. Please read and follow the label instructions since “The Label” is the law. The unique formulation...called a “Suspension”...leaves the active ingredient Bifenthrin..on the surface of areas treated/sprayed so insects will move across the Bifenthrin particles and pick up a lethal dose. Be aware that Bifen IT isn't fast acting such as Cyper TC...but the Bifen IT formulation keeps working much longer than Cyper TC and without the restrictions of Taurus SC. I have went back to my bi-monthly customers for a scheduled treatment and there are insects still dying even after 45 to 60 days after the prior treatment. Of course those areas are mostly out of direct sunlight, but treating cracks and expansion joints and foundation of building areas...Bifen IT is performing well. Also...there is minimal oder and Bifen IT is allowed to be used in the interior of structures as a spot and/or crack and crevice treatment. This means don't spray Bifen IT all over baseboards etc..a thin treatment where baseboards meet the floors is very adequate to stop ants and those intrusive oriental cockroaches and earwigs that wander into the inside of buildings and/or garages. Do My Own Pest Control has always shipped promptly after ordering at very good prices...with shipping prices in...makes my business money since the cost is the actual cost to get Bifen IT to me on a timely basis without me having buy and store excess chemical. For an added punch on the exterior of a home/structure...buy a bottle of Cyper TC (Follow the label please!) from Do My Own Pest Control and mix 1/2 ounce of Cyper TC and 1 ounce of Bifen IT to each gallon of water for general pest control. This gives you a one/two punch against invasive insects and fries spiders.

The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional. She did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want after listening to my questions. We have a severe millipede problem in our home in east TN. and her recommendation for Bifren has worked. We were seeing at least 500+ per day on the driveway leading to our garage and over 200 in the garage and our semi finished basement room. Since applying Bifren, they have nearly disappeared. The price was much cheaper than anything I found on line and the product more effective than what is available at my local store. I highly recommend the product and the company for any and all your pesticide needs.

We were getting bit everytime we were outside: sitting on the patio, the porch, mowing, watering etc., very frustrating. I read about Bifen IT online. First I tried using it through an empty weed killer container with the spray wand it had attached. Saw some results but not a lot. It did not provide a solid spray pattern. I went out and bought a decent sprayer with a manual pressure pump. Worked much better and could reach up into lower parts of trees. Within a day or two, no more bites! It has been about two weeks and still no bites. I'll repeat spray in another couple weeks. Very impressed with the results. I would probably give it 5 stars if it keeps working all summer. We can now enjoy our patio and lawn, even at night. Excellent product.

It works as well as the higher priced products. Can't find anything to get rid of the mites entirely. Haven't had any dead rats in two months but the mites keep coming. I really need some help, this has been going on almost a year now. They get in my hair, my ears, eyes, clothes, bedding, etc. I have gotten rid of the dead rats as soon as I find them. Please can someone help, PLEASE. I have called professionals in and they don't do much of anything. Your product helps but nothing gets rid of those mites. Thank you. I need another gallon bottle sent to the same address and billing to the other address.

Note, you are supposed to apply at the rate of 4 gallons mix per 10 linear feet, so you use a lot of this. I've had acrobatic carpenter ants that live in trees hear my house, and I've tried several things to get rid of them, and they kept coming back, until I used this product. They are still gone, and that was with a much less than the 4 gallon per 10 linear feet ratio. I did make sure to use that ratio along my house near those trees and truly believe I now have a great barrier against termites and carpenter ants. I will be reapplying twice a year to be sure, but I completely like the results I've already received. By the way, be sure to read the label well. This is powerful stuff not to be used inside or anywhere people can readily be exposed. Use properly!

Last year I bought Bifen at the local hardware store and paid $18 for 4 oz, needless to say this is much cheaper! I never knew about all the insects it killed till I read it on this website. My 3 neighbors and I went in on this purchase and sprayed our yards on the same day. I used a 15 g sprayer, 2-3 ozs per tank, yards varied from 3/4 to just under an acre, took roughly 3 tanks to complete the job. Majority of all the ants are gone, spot spray here and there (about 4 small mounds between all the yards) but pretty sure the ants were coming over from another neighbors yard. Very pleased about the purchase and the price!

the only downside to this is having to read the directions on how much to mix. (its alot to read) it all depends on what your spraying and where. follow it right and you cant beat it. cheap and effective. beats paying 29.99 a gallon at a local hardware store for a name brand that only works for a few days. this stuff works for awhile. just make sure you spray it with no rain for a few days. i used it mainly on carpenter ants in my hickory trees. has killed them and kept them off trees now for 4 weeks now. i also sprayed it around the perimeter of my house and havent seen any ants, bugs or spiders since.

For the past 3-4 years I've had an increasing problem with box elder bugs residing in the landscaping mulch. After talking with one of great Customer Service folks at DMOPC.com, I took her recommendation and went with the Bifen IT - Quart. At a recommended rate of 1 Oz. per gallon, I mixed up 10 gallons of solution for my tank sprayer and applied liberally per instructions. After 2 weeks, there is still not a box elder bug to be found - anywhere!! They'll eventually show up again but next time I'll be ready for them. Great product. Great support. Great price. Great service. It's hard to beat a deal like that.
