I bought Solitare WSL. I am using a 5 gal back pack pump sprayer. How much of this product do I use for my lawn to kill crab grass and sedge? My lawn is bermuda and the outside temp is currently 91 degrees.

Answer:

You will disperse 4-7.9 fl oz of Solitaire WSL? per 1,000 sq ft for crabgrass and sedge. It will take about 1-2 gallons of water to cover 1,000 sq ft. We recommend that you fill your tank with water only and spray a 1,000 sq ft area to determine how much is needed for the area prior to application. Please refer to the product label for full mixing and applicaiton instruction prior to use.  It's recommended to apply the product early in the morning or after the sun has started to set in the evening, to avoid applying it in the hottest part of the day and causing potential stress to your turfgrass.
