Can Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer be used on common lawns for broadleaf weed control w/o killing lawn?

Answer:

Per the manufacturers label you can apply Amine 400 2,4 - D Weed Killer to Kentucky Bluegrass, perennial Ryegrass and Fescues.  Warm season turf like Zoysia, Bermuda and St. Augustine grass may be injured severally.
