SpeedZone Southern Herbicide is professional grade herbicide that is not generally sold over the counter.  Customers in the following states must have a valid operators license in order to purchase the product: AR, CO, CT, DC, IL, IN, IA, LA, ME, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, NM, RI, SD, TX, VT, WA, WI, WY, AK, MA.  People in states not listed can purchase the product without licensing.
