Can I apply Changeup to Bermuda grass while it's coming out of its dormant state or wait?

Should I wait until Bermuda grass finishes coming out of dormant state before applying Changeup? Currently lawn is starting to wake up. Seeing small sprigs of grass coming through.

Answer:

Change Up Selective Herbicide states on the product label: Do not apply to lawn or turf during spring transition (green up).  You should wait until the lawn is fully green.
