Can I apply Milky Spore Powder to a garden that has just been plowed from sod before tilling with a rototiller?

Answer:

Milky Spore Powder should be applied after all tilling or renovations have been completed to the garden area. If you are going to be tiling or disturbing any soil, then it would be best to do those renovations first, and then apply the Milky Spore after so that you are not removing or disturbing the barrier.
