Answer:

Mold-Clean cannot be applied with a fogger and would need to be washed off surfaces after application.  We would recommend wetting the stained area(s) with water, then spraying the Mold-Clean and let sit for 10 minutes.  Do not allow the product to dry (keep wet with water in a spray bottle if necessary).  After the Mold-Clean has sat on the wood for 10 minutes, take a scrub brush and a bucket of water and scrub the stained areas using a liberal amount of water.  This should help get the wood pretty close to the same effect of using a high pressure stream.
