Can Bifen IT be safely applied to pet bedding? I know to keep pets away until the spray has dried.

I'm finding ticks in and under the dog beds. I do wash and dry the covers, but would like to spray them with the Bifen IT.

Answer:

Bifen IT cannot be applied to pet bedding and not recommended for active infestations of fleas/ticks indoors. Bifen IT can be used outdoors for fleas and ticks in lawns, bushes, trees, shrubs and landscape beds. The Indoor Flea & Tick Kit would be the best treatment for fleas and ticks indoors. The PT Alpine Flea Aerosol can be applied to pet bedding, carpets, rugs and other resting areas. Once dry, it is safe for pets to lay on the bedding.
