Answer:

Per the manufacture, Bio Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II Concentrate can be applied to  hydrangeas and azaleas. However, there is another product called Bio Advanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Care  that is better formulated for flowers and flowering shrubs.
