It is in the 40's. Can I apply Bio Advanced Brush Killer at this temperature?

Yes, Bio Advanced Brush Killer Plus Concentrate can be applied directly to the freshly cut stump per the product label instructions under Stump Treatment. The product should be applied when temperatures are between 50-80 degrees.
