Answer:

We would recommend applying Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate first the foliage and allowed to completely dry before applying Sevin Dust to plants or leaf surfaces. Sevin Dust should be applied when the air is calm and lightly cover the leaf surfaces with a thin even film of dust. This can be done using an electric duster or bellow hand duster for best results.
