Can CimeXa Insecticide Dust be used on roses for beetles?

Answer:

CimeXa Insecticide Dust is not labled to be used on plants nor for outdoor use.  Either Sevin Dust 5% or Hi-Yield Garden, Pet, and Livestock Dust would be better options.
