Can CitrusGain 8-3-9 be used as a water soluble application with an In line Fertilizer tank?

Answer:

CitrusGain 8-3-9 Fertilizer Blend is to be applied evenly to the soil surface,  within the dripline of the plant but away from the trunk. Water area well after applying fertilizer. Label does not indicate it can be used as a soluble.
