Demon Max is labeled for Chinch Bugs at the rate of 0.33-0.65 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft in a volume of water sufficient for uniform coverage which is generally 1 gallon of water per 1000 sq ft.  If only treating 250 sq ft of turf area, you would need to break down 0.33 fl to 0.65 fl oz per gallon of water per 1000 sq ft rate. ½ gallon of mixed solution: 0.16-0.32 fl oz with atleast ½ gallon of water to treat 500 sq ft of area.  ¼ gallon of mixed solution: Mix 0.08-0.16 fl oz with atleast 32 oz of water to treat 250 sq ft of area.
