Can Demon WP Insecticide be used without mixing with water? Just spreading the powder?

I am having problems with bed bug in my sofa beds.

Demon WP must be mixed with water to apply.  It is not labeled for bed bugs.  Please take a look at our Bed Bug Guide for more information on appropriate products and how to treat and prevent this pest.
