Can Dominion 2L be applied through a root feeder?

I have been treating my ash trees with Dominion 2L for the past several years and it has protected them against EAB. I have been doing the root soak method. I have a Ross root feeder and was wondering if I can deliver it to the trees by injecting it into the soil with that? Thanks.

Answer:

It would not be recommended to apply Dominion 2L Termiticide Concentrate through a root feeder.  However, there are a few other application options besides the root drench that you could do.  Soil Injection: Grid System: Space holes in a grid pattern on 2.5 foot centers, extending to the drip line of the tree. Circle System: Apply in holes evenly spaced in circles, (use more than one circle dependent upon the size of the tree) beneath the drip line of the tree extending in from that line. Basal System: Space injection holes evenly around the base of the tree trunk no more than 6 to 12 inches out from the base
