Can DyneAmic be an acceptable alternative to a COC or MSO?

Around Aug 1st, I'm going to spray my tall fescue lawn (to get rid of unwanted Bermuda grass) with a mix of Pylex and Turflon Ester. The Pylex Label states to add a Crop Oil Concentrate (COC) or Methelated Seed Oil (MSO).
