Can Esplanade EZ be used as a pre-emergent to kill Poa Annua and can it be used in dormant Bermuda grass in spring?

Answer:

Esplanade EZ is labeled to treat Poa Annua as a post emergent application only. However, it is a non-selective and should not be applied to desired Bermuda. Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate can be used in your bermudagrass to control poa annua. The mixing rate is 2.5 fl oz in a gallon of water if you are doing a spot treatment. If you are treating a larger area, you will use 0.8 fl oz in a gallon of water. This will cover 200 square feet.
