Fertilome Weed-Out Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec should be applied when temperatures are below 85 degrees.  If daytime temperatures are above this you should apply in the early morning before the highs.  Herbicides work best when weeds are healthy and actively growing while not heat or drought stressed.
