Can Fusilade II Herbicide suppress or control zoysia in a cool season lawn?

Answer:

Fusilade II Herbicide will not suppress or control zoysiagrass. Hi Yield Triclopyr Ester, or the ingredient Triclopyr in general, is a commonly used herbicide to kill bermuda and zoysia in a cool season lawn such as fescue. Ideally, zoysia is best controlled when it's in the transition state from dormant to green up, or green to dormant. Summer is when zoysia thrives so you will have a harder time controlling it during these months.
