Can Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate be applied on wet roses after it rains?

Answer:

Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate is best applied when the surfaces of the plant are dry to ensure better absorbtion, and when rain is not expected within 24 hours.  If it rained soon after application it would be best to reapply.
