Ronald from Augusta, Ga writes

Can I lay sod in the spring if I use Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade) now as pre-emergent?

Answer:

You need to wait at least four months after applying Prodiamine 65 WDG before you can put down new sod. There is a chart on page 11 of the product label indicating minimum wait times depending on your location and the rate used. Depending on what kind of grass you are putting down, Tenacity Herbicide can be used just before or at the same time you put down new seed or sod.
