While you could potentially mix PermaCap CS and Demand CS together, these are both encapsulated products for slower release, so this mixture would not give you an advantage and could actually make an area highly repellent where insects will avoid and neither can do their job of killling insects. A better product to mix with either product would be ExciteR Insecticide which is a natural pyrethrin and PBO product for quick knockdown as you are spraying.
