Can Monterey Liqui-Cop over-spray affect bird baths?

Will I need to change the water in my bird baths after spraying rose garden?

Answer:

It would be best to replace water in the bird bath if Monterey Liqui-Cop could have gotten oversprayed into them just to be sure it is safe for birds.  Or cover the bird baths to be sure no contact and take care to not apply on a windy day
