Can Monterey Once A Year Insect Control II be sprayed directly on palm tree leaves?

Answer:

Monterey Once A Year Insect Control II is labeled to be used as soil drench only, not foliar application.  If you need to spray the leaves, it would be better to use something like Talstar P.
