Can MSMA Target 6.6 Herbicide be used to treat a grass airport runway?

MSMA Target 6.6 Herbicide is only labeled to use in Cotton, Golf Courses, Sod Farms and Highway Right-of-ways.  Pylex Herbicide is labeled to be used at Airports, Athletic fields, Cemeteries, Commercial and residential lawns, Golf courses, Parks, Roadsides and other areas.
